We reserve the right to stop/suspend your server or service at any time for violating the terms of service, or any other basis if necessary. If a server is found abusing our services, we reserve the right to suspend the server. Misuse may include but is not limited to the following:
High CPU usage. Causing server crash. Illegal activity. Using the service for something it wasn't designed for. Distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks. Unreasonable bandwidth usage
Your service will be suspended immediately after the last due date. You can find the due date in the client area or on the bill.
All of our services include a 3 day return policy. If we suspect abuse of this policy, we may hold returns for up to 5 business days or they will be paid out in an account credit. To complete a refund, the customer must fill out a withdrawal form.
The service can be canceled by the customer at any time, but we do not provide refunds for the remaining billing cycle time. Any refund or payment dispute after the first 7 days will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your service. Your account may also be closed.
To provide continuous service, HeppyCloud automatically renews all paid subscriptions upon expiration. Such extensions generally have the same duration as the original subscription term (for example, a 1 month subscription will renew monthly, a 3 month subscription will renew on a 3 month basis, and so on). By using the Site, you acknowledge that your account will be subject to automatic renewal described above.
Refunds can only be made if there is a problem with the product or service from our side.
We do not have a 100% uptime guarantee for your service. However we try to resolve any issues as soon as possible. We are not responsible if your server is down due to user-generated errors. We are also not responsible for any lost revenue that may be caused due to downtime.
We are not responsible for any downtime caused by DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) or DoS (Denial of Service) attacks. If a DDoS or DoS attack is targeted at a specific client service, this may result in the targeted service being suspended until further notice.
We are not responsible for data loss. We advise users to create offsite backups of their servers in case of machine breakdown, bad modifications, etc. We do not provide backup recovery. If data is lost on our part, we will do our best to recover as much data as we can. If this is not possible, we will make sure to make arrangements with the affected clients, this may include free credits on the portal or refunds.
We forbid users to use MySQL database to store large databases like CoreProtect, this may cause your service to be suspended.
